I have just joined today and already wished I had found the site sooner.

I bought our van March last year it is an "N" reg Symphony 2.4 diesel.  I had wanted a Caravette for about 20 years but now that my wife and I are in our 60's the on board toilet is essential !!

We live in Sunderland on the North East coast.  We have just completed our first 3 night away with the worst ever weather, but as it was a "shake down' cruise I have a couple of pages in my notebook of thinks to do for next time.

I am a great believer in these forums as the pooling of experiences of so many people is a real help to   Newbies like me and makes the learning curve less steep.

I am a retired Marine Engineer and DIY fanatic so I hope I will be able to contribute to the forums in the future.  I think that is all for now.
