For those that still like a map
Those of you who are in the C&CC may have seen in the latest mag, the new Philips Navigator Camping and Caravanning Atlas. You can buy it from their on-line store but it is available cheaper (when you take postage into account) from a seller on Ebay.
I ordered one this week from the Ebay seller and it came within 2 days. It is huge by comparison to the usual road atlas (probably three times as thick as the usual AA one. With a scale of 1.5 miles to the inch, (3.5 for parts of Scotland) it is like having a full set of OS maps in book form. As it's produced for the C&CC, it only includes C&CC sites and CS's and Listed sites (over 3000 in total)- no CC sites or CL's. There are also over 100 town centre plans, 5000 camera locations and 8000 restricted bridges locations. It's a ring-binder atlas for ease of opening but pages seem rather thin but any thicker and the whole thing would weigh a ton.

Re: For those that still like a map
Thanks for the info Paul.
However, I find that the ring type maps don't last too long, especially if the pages are a bit thin.
I've recently bought an AA large scale map for the 'van and a Collins large scale for the car.
Got the 2 for £6 @ The Works.
